I ordered 2 dresses in December and have emailed at least 20 times with the same responses of, our team is working hard to ship your order and there is a delay is shipping. The tracking number does not exist. Now since Monday this week 2nd June I've emailed 4 times and now I'm getting a POSTMASTER reply. All my emails are being rejected. I spent alot of money on these dresses. I've missed 2 wedding, 1 birthday, 1 engagement and 1 baby shower where I would have liked to have worn these dresses. I'm so mad. Worst ever, and I mean worst ever service. Total scam. My question is who and how can I report these people. Even a refund at this point would be appreciated. Someone help please.
