I placed an order on 1/7/25 for a dress and earrings. When it didn’t show a month later I emailed the customer service on 2/8/25 and they apologized and claimed there were shipping delays. They offered 20% off my order so at the time I’m thinking this is great. I took the refund and waited. It’s now 3/15/25 over two months later and still no package. It gets better. Today I get a fraud alert on my phone from my credit card company from a charge I NEVER made at lavish ivy. Thankfully my bank caught it and no money was stolen. Please do not give this company your business.
