Shocking experience. Saw a lovely advert on instagram for a dress, bought it for graduation. Dress was delivered to an incorrect address, so I had a lady Facebook message me to inform me she had my parcel. When I picked it up the dress was so see through and awful quality, honestly nothing like the original picture on their website or instagram ad. I am sfi in the process of trying to return it and get a refund, however it is not clear on their website how to actually submit a refund request, so I am currently emailing back and fourth. To make matters worse, I was then charged $29.99 for a ‘membership’ that I had not signed up to, when I emailed to ask for this to be cancelled and refunded, I had a brief reply basically saying that I had ticked a box to agree to this and that I would have to cancel my membership to avoid future payments. There is also no clear way to cancel this membership on their website as there is a form to fill in but no ‘submit’ button so you can’t actually get out of it!! Again, I have resorted to having to email them to get all of this sorted out. Just wish I had never bothered, awful company and really would never even consider using again.
