The platform is set up in a way that you cannot make a purchase without subscribing to the VIP membership, which is a 30-day subscription. They intentionally mislead customers by not clearly informing them about the membership, and no one actually wants it—they just push it onto you. After canceling, they still charged me for the following month. In fact, they charged me three times, totaling $90. Now they are refusing to refund my money and are making excuses, which is nothing but a scam.These people are thieves. They take your money without any justification and don’t return it. I’ve been trying to resolve this for days, but there’s no response from them at all. Avoid this platform at all costs and report them.I also encourage everyone to share this issue as much as possible, especially on Instagram where they heavily advertise. Please report their profile wherever you can to make sure they are held accountable for their actions.
