THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!!!!Do NOT order. I’m saving you time, money and hassle right now. I placed an order back in December 2024 for a birthday meal in January. The website states 7-10 business working days for delivery… we are not in February 2025 and I still have not received anything. After reaching out to their “24/7” support team I still haven’t received a response. They will also try to take monthly subscription transactions from your card. This is an option on their website HOWEVER I did not sign up or select any subscription services and only ordered one item of clothing. My bank even called me to raise these transactions as FRAUD. Without my bank contacting me, I wouldn’t have even known. Yes the item was cheap which I’m sure enticed many customers but it’s better to go to shein or other fast fashion brands as it will be the same quality. They use other brands images which I know many companies do but atleast you will get your items. I’m not sure why they still exist after so many horrible stories and customer complaints about them. There are a handful of good reviewed either from customers who are lucky enough to receive their items but honestly… they sound pretty fake to me 😂 like they hired people to leave good reviews to save them from all the horrible reviews they already have… all the good reviews sound the same and generic and we see right through it 😉 Their ChatGPT responses are nonsense and a way to find technicality to charge you a lot of money for very low costing items. Stay away ladies, please.
