If I could give this a minus score I would. Avoid at all costs. No returns label ability, requested one and they've not sent me one. They have sent me an email asking if I'd accept a refund of 20% then 30 then 40 then 50. Then agreed to pay 100% after a few emails. I totally expect zero refund and then they have taken a 'VIP membership' and now are not replying. I have asked for a total refund of £40. I dont understand how they've taken a further amount without my consent, through my bank 2 weeks later. Scammers. DO NOT USE.
