I bought a dress during this year's Black Friday sale, through an Instagram ad. It was like $23, discounted from over $100. The dress arrived, and it was NOT a $100 quality dress, the fabric is almost see-through and the fit is ugly. A few weeks after my order was placed, I received ANOTHER charge on my card for $29.99. I did not know why, so I did some research and apparently it's a "membership fee" you pay to get the dress at the discounted price. This is hidden in their terms of service, and was NOT clearly stated on the website at any time during my purchase. I have contacted them about a refund, but I am not hopeful based on other reviews I have seen. It seems like they lure people in with these false "sales", ship terrible quality dresses, and keep charging your credit card this bs membership fee. Also a side note, many of their products are stolen from House of CB, including the product photos. The item that actually arrives will not be good quality.
