Horrible experience!! The item took a month to recvd. Then they have a membership fee of 29 for what..I will def be reporting then to consumer affairs They Took monthly membership and refuse to credit account.Their customer service number doesn't work I only ordered 1 item not knowing about the membership.I send them an email and they just kept repeating themselves on how good vip offers are. I canceled membership on 12/26My card was charged on the 12/24 Worst company Ever
