If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered from this company after seeing a beautiful dress on Instagram that they were advertising. I bought the dress and it literally took FOREVER to come (1 1/2 months to be exact) and the quality was NO WHERE near what they kept promoting on Instagram. Never the less, I kept it pushing until I woke up today to see a $29.99 charge to my card from this company. I contacted customer service and they said it was the VIP membership charge which I NEVER signed up for because I checked out as a GUEST. The customer service representative explained that when you check out, it automatically signs you up for VIP membership. I frustratedly asked her to cancel the membership that I did NOT consent to and she said I would never be charged again. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. It's really not worth it. If I could take it all back, I would.
