I only gave them star because I had to, would do a minus. i order a dress end of November, never recd an order confirmation, Was checking my bank statement and like everyone else was charged for a VIP membership. I reached out to their customer service and guess what, they couldn't find my order. I send them a copy of the two charges, can't find!! SCAM
