If I could give zero I would. I ordered a dress for an event a month in advance to give myself plenty of time and it never came. They also charged me an extra £23 for “premier membership” that I wasn’t aware I had to pay for when buying the dress. This sneaky came out of my bank separately two weeks later. The dress never arrived (I still don’t have it) and I asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me one. So I am £45 down, no dress, the event has gone anyway, and they are refusing to give me my dress back. Please avoid at all costs!!!
