Wouldn’t even give one star. AWFUL & disappointed aren’t even the words. This company is a massive scam and i’m disappointed i didn’t come on here sooner to see all the bad reviews and ones similar to the experience i’ve had. I ordered a dress on 29th December 2024. I still haven’t received it and it’s 14th February 2025! That’s nearly 7 weeks! I contacted Lavish Ivy questioning where my order was on the 1st of february i was offered a 20% refund which only ended up being near £4. I since then didn’t notice but had money taken from my account on the 12th of january and a 2nd attempt on the 11th of February which luckily i didn’t have money in the account, but still don’t know why i had money taken/attempted to take from me when i hadn’t placed any orders and was still waiting on the one order i did make end of december that was apparently shipped the following day. I’ve since contacted them querying about the random unauthorised transactions and they’re yet to get back to me! I’m going to email again this evening, i’ve taken it up with my bank and currently contacting them again about this as it’s borderline fraud and i’m not happy at all about waiting so long on a order i think i’ll never receive!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ITS A COMPLETE SCAM YOU WONT GET YOUR ORDER AND MONEY WILL BE TAKEN UNAUTHORISED FROM YOU!!
