The CAS team of this University is extremely bad. The lack of communication and lack of explanation is awful. It took 33 days to get a response regarding my CAS and at the end the response was "sorry we are out of time, to issue you a CAS". I changed the whole University and applied elsewhere.I advise everyone to change and not get trapped in this University, with terrible customer service, response times and reasoning for refusal that are neither academic or legal. Do not pay your 4000 or 8000, you might risk not being refunded due to their lack of communication.
