I signed up for the exam prep course at the University of Law, and they failed to add the correct links to my account. As no one bothered to fix it in time, I missed the first session of the programme because no one was able to grant me access. Still awaiting access and it is Day 2. I contacted them just now, and hours later I still have no access. No urgency, no ownership, no meaningful response.For an institution charging premium fees for professional exam preparation, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. You are paying for support and organisation, and ULAW delivers neither. Do not waste your money. If something goes wrong, they genuinely do not care. Go to Barbri instead.
