The conveyancing service was extremely disappointing, characterized by delays, poor communication, and significant financial repercussions. The firm represented the buyer at the bottom of our chain, leading to repeated delays from early December through January in confirming exchange dates and clarity on completion. We received confirmation of completion on January 12, but soon learned their systems were down. For days, there was no communication from anyone involved, resulting in returned mortgage funds and unnecessary stress for our family. The lack of communication over several days is unacceptable and reflects poorly on client care. We have filed a formal complaint and are seeking compensation for incurred costs. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm for conveyancing.
