We confirmed exchange and completion and booked removals, but then the firm went silent for days due to 'system issues,' resulting in no contract exchange or completion. This situation caused returned mortgage funds, removal of belongings, and additional costs for storage and repeat removals. There was no communication with our solicitor or estate agents during this time. We are left without clarity on the 'system issues' and feel this service has caused significant stress for everyone involved. I cannot recommend them.
