Review Time
It was not made clear to me upon checkout that i was signing up for a subscription after a 7 day trial at £1.59. If i had known this i would have cancelled within 7 days as i only required one document. Yet i was charged £34.90 for a full month with zero usage.Seems the company are aware of this as other past reviews suggest and i have also emailed them and they do not have the courtesy to reply even.This seems to be their stratergy at making extra money which is dishonest in my opinion as full information should be clearly given to the customer about what their purchase entails.
