Fraudsters! I did a one tome purchase for £1.59 which apparently set me up for a £34.99 per month charge which started in 7 days. This was not made clear at purchase!! Anyhow lesson learnt but i have now had to contact my bank and change my card details because these fraudsters have made impossible to cancel the unwanted subscription. My bank were aware of this company which says it all. Avoid at all costs!!!
Great and simple too use. BUT no where on this site does it tell you that there is a fee to pay or subscription till you complete the entire forms and feel your too committed to turn back. Gets you locked in with a £1.50 7 day trial and then auto renew at £10 per month so make sure you get what you need and get out if you don’t need the service any more.
I needed one doc, and thought i was paying £1.59 for that specific form, and have been charged £34.90 for a subscription, that was not at all clearly mentioned when i paid for the form.Nor was I informed via email, or or notified that my 7 day trial was to expire and I was going to be charged.I'm sure it's all there in a small print. They are lawyers after all. But very misleading and poorly signposted.
