Outstanding service experience! The representative was exceptionally kind and responsive in assisting me with obtaining a tourist visa to a certain country. I opted to deliver my passport directly to their office instead of mailing it, which was a unique option not provided by other services. Ensuring my peace of mind was clearly a priority for them. The staff member in the office was equally fantastic. I received online notifications and a direct call when it was time to collect my visa. They even offered to bring the visa to my car to save me from the hassle and cost of parking. Now that is excellent client service! Highly recommend this service!
All went well in spite of a change of Consulate just when applying for a China visa. My only issue was I paid for overnight FedEx delivery but the passport was sent back on Friday and the sender marked weekday delivery. It could have been marked Saturday delivery. I received it on Monday.
