I recently made an enquiry at Law Hive regarding a potential Employment Tribunal matter. After speaking to Josh. I later saw on two separate occasions price match promise + 10%. However when I initally raised this Josh, reported that this offer is no longer available. Again this evening I went onto the website and saw the same price guarantee promise.
For clarity. I accessed the website via my mobile phone and the direct link too me to the site. Also the first time I saw the price promise was in a quote sent directly to my email.
It's highly concerning that transparency and unclearness in Advertising is questionable.
Until they resolve this matter. I will not be proceeding with this Law Firm. Also as they are regulated, Further action may be taken about this mis-leading advertising.
