Not responding don’t answer only if give a review, was ready too transfer house over they released money from my daughter and son-in-law’s mortgage lender (as they are buying of myself ) then put a stop on everything no explanation, we demanded they send money back too mortgage lender which eventually did , online support just say we will look into this or message ours solicitors (who are not responding) just also found out a new law in place which is the buyer and seller can’t be with the same company even though we have different solicitors why are you keeping us waiting I’m disgusted with your performance and knowing this you are a bad company and have no feelings this is our money and future if I’m still alive with all this stress you giving us just return our money now
