The service was excellent until it suddenly stopped. As someone with physical disabilities, I rely on snow removal to clear my driveway. Everything was fine until last night when I found myself without any service. There’s no way to reach out for help, leaving me stranded. I checked the reviews and realized how poor they really are. I'm now searching for a new provider, as this one is truly disappointing.
