Like the numerous other reviews related to the failure of their AutoPlow service after the January 25 snow storm, I would rate LawnGuru a zero if I could.
After three days of having them promise that someone would accept my job, they emailed me today to say that they were canceling my plow request.
They offered the option of placing a 1X order, which they priced at FOUR times the price of the AutoPlow!
Avoid these incompetents if you need to get somthing done around your house.
The service was excellent until it suddenly wasn't. As someone with a physical disability, I rely on a snow removal service to keep my driveway clear. There had never been an issue until last night when I found myself without assistance. There’s no way to reach anyone at the company, leaving me in a difficult situation. I was shocked to discover their poor reviews after the fact. Now, I am actively searching for a new provider, as my experience with this service has been extremely disappointing.

This provider is highly unreliable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. They take orders and assign a professional for the job, but no one actually comes. When I reached out to customer support, there was no response. I strongly advise against using this app for any service; it simply cannot deliver and is utterly useless.
This service really came through for me when I faced repeated denials accessing my trading wallet and was asked to pay a ‘security fee’ with no resolution for months. They intervened, handled everything quickly and professionally, and helped me recover most of my lost funds. I am extremely grateful.
I hired this provider for my front lawn. The first mow was incomplete, leaving patches, and the second mow was done in the back, which was not what I contracted for. The customer service was terrible, and there was no resolution. Definitely avoid.
