If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to book on two occasions. First time they said I was scheduled, but no one ever accepted the job so I was stuck waiting for two days. When I tried again, service was accepted on 4/28 for 5/9 service (which I paid extra to choose). Day of, no one came out and when I messaged the provider, he never replied. Attempts to call gave me a disconnected number. Customer service is a JOKE. spoke with three different people who said they would message the provider -great, I already did? The last customer service agent literally left the chat (no phone number available- SUSPICIOUS!!) as I was typing a reply. Do NOT use them.
