Our pro forced our gate open in the wrong direction and left without informing us of the damage. No message no call, nothing. LawnStarter has been incredibly unhelpful in resolving the issue and decided a $25 credit would fix this issue. Calling them gave me a run around of how there is no one I can speak to regarding the issue and that my emails would be “pushed” up. Unfortunately for me a $25 credit does not fix the damage.
