LawnStarter helps me keep my lawn looking great. They even offer leaf removal service in the fall when I need it. It’s a great one stop shop to help keep my lawn looking well kept.
Literally the best service I’ve ever had and would highly recommend this company and want to anybody looking to get their house dialed in. I will only go through the same process from here on out.
I decided to move to a different lawn care service because of the inadequate customer service. After I submitted the necessary paperwork for a damage claim, all communication ceased, leaving the problem unresolved. I value companies that are reliable and maintain clear communication with their customers.
I canceled the services because no one ever arrived, but I was still charged. Now, a year and a half later, I've received an email threatening to send me to collections over $115 that should have been canceled since they never provided the service. I ended up paying off these scammers.
I cannot recommend this service to anyone. The communication is poor, the quality of service is inconsistent, and it falls far short of their claims. They often arrive late, sometimes don’t show up at all, or rush through the tasks so quickly that it looks like no work was done. My yard appeared unchanged — if not worse — after they were supposedly finished. To make matters worse, when I sought assistance, I was informed that a refund wasn’t possible. Instead, they offered a small credit as if that would resolve everything. This is completely unacceptable. If the service is lacking, why would I want more of it? Customer support feels automated, with no one taking accountability. They are quick to take your money but slow to deliver quality work or rectify issues. Save your time, money, and energy. This service is definitely not worth it.
Lawn Starter has made our lawn care experience a breeze. I was having a hard time getting individuals to be reliable and do what I wanted done for a reasonable price. They make the process easy and I have to do very little work. They also automatically reschedule for the next time so you don't have to remember and that was very helpful for me.
