I cannot recommend this service to anyone. The communication is poor, the quality of service is inconsistent, and it falls far short of their claims. They often arrive late, sometimes don’t show up at all, or rush through the tasks so quickly that it looks like no work was done. My yard appeared unchanged — if not worse — after they were supposedly finished. To make matters worse, when I sought assistance, I was informed that a refund wasn’t possible. Instead, they offered a small credit as if that would resolve everything. This is completely unacceptable. If the service is lacking, why would I want more of it? Customer support feels automated, with no one taking accountability. They are quick to take your money but slow to deliver quality work or rectify issues. Save your time, money, and energy. This service is definitely not worth it.
