The products are of very good quality. We had a spa that lasted five years and was still usable, but we chose to upgrade to a newer model, which is a notable improvement. We've also bought some accessories. The selection and prices are excellent, and delivery is efficient. However, returning items or making a warranty claim can be quite frustrating. The provided instructions are not very detailed and can be difficult to follow. Thankfully, there are useful videos available online. The customer service definitely requires enhancement! Their reputation for support is quite poor, and unfortunately, it is well-deserved. They might improve if there was more competition in the market.
