Extremely Disappointing Encounter A surround was ordered, but the process was never finalized due to a missing part. The components that did arrive were later picked up after we were assured a refund would be processed. We are still awaiting that refund. My parents have paid in full and are left without the product or their money. This has been a stressful and frustrating ordeal for our family. I would not recommend.
