Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I visited the clinic for a scan of my Achilles tendon after my GP suggested my foot might need immobilization. I handed my GP's letter to the receptionist, who showed it to someone and then told me to go to the outpatient department of another facility. I never even got to see a doctor. As a long-time member of the service, I expected better treatment. This experience was very disappointing!

Visit to the clinic was disappointing...

I visited the clinic today for a scan of my Achilles tendon after my GP suggested I might need my foot immobilized. I handed over my GP's letter to the receptionist, who then spoke to someone and returned to tell me to go to a different facility. I never got past the reception area and expected at least to see a doctor. As a long-time member of the service, I was taken aback by this treatment. Very unsatisfactory!

Difficult to reach customer support...

It's nearly impossible to speak with a real person on the phone, and despite multiple emails, I still haven't received a copy of my ultrasound.

Lost significant expenses due to unclear policies...

I missed out on thousands in claimable expenses because the outpatient limit applies per family rather than per individual, which was never explained to me despite thorough discussions with the support team. They also dictate how much a practitioner should charge and only reimburse based on that! I recommend avoiding this service.

Important to understand the terms before signing...

Make sure to read the health care plan carefully before committing. It seems like everything is covered—online consultations, clinic visits, physiotherapy, etc. However, I've found that I’m not covered for everyday expenses in the last months of the year for two consecutive years. As others have mentioned, it's quite challenging to get in touch with anyone.

Frustrating phone experience...

I can't believe how much time is wasted on the phone. They keep repeating themselves, seemingly trying to get you to hang up. Additionally, their corporate offers are not as competitive as those from other companies.

Lack of transparency regarding terms...

The service refused to provide the complete terms and conditions document before I signed up. Is it now standard to purchase a product without having all the necessary information?

Excellent experience at the clinic...

I recently visited the clinic with my spouse, and we were treated very well. The doctor we saw provided exceptional care and attention. We are truly grateful for his kindness and diligence.

Disappointing insurance experience...

This insurance has been a waste of money. I pay a high premium for myself and my child, and now there's an excess for GP visits? It's quite absurd.

Discriminatory practices in maternity care...

I've had a top-tier policy with my family for years, yet they denied coverage for my emergency C-section, which is supposed to be included. They claimed it wasn't necessary. It's shocking to think they expect my husband to handle such a situation instead. I’m currently appealing this decision for the second time and want to warn others, especially women, to be cautious with this insurer. It's disheartening to experience their treatment, especially when planning for another child.
