If I could! Iwould give 100out of 10 !! right through from the beginning when the sales rep phoned me and explained everything to me , my bed is made to my specification and has a massager , the engineers came after 21 days and fitted the bed , they were polite and professional and all was fixed in 20 mins . I was kept informed all the way through whilst the bed was being made . u very much to all involved making my bed at Laybrooks. I'm absolutely delighted with my bed .... Barbara
