I was in the market for an adjustable bed because of various health conditions & contacted four different companies. One did not even bother to reply, two sent online brochures with no prices saying that they would have to send a sales person round to demonstrate it & only Laybrook sent a brochure with prices & comprehensive guidance on how to choose a bed. We had one company come & do a demonstration & he quoted a very high price but then did the usual tactic of saying that if I signed that day, he would give me a huge discount of more than 50%. I declined &, after a few phone call for advice & queries, had made up my mind to buy one the Laybrook's best beds which was going to cost even less than the 50% discount price the other company quoted. However, my local NHS team contacted me to tell me that I would qualify for a hospital style bed which is going to be delivered in two days. I rang Stuart at Laybrooks to say that I would not be purchasing from him & he said that he was very pleased for me & that, if I needed any help or advice in the future, they would only be too happy to assist.
