The bed itself has made my wife's life much easier, however, the original bed delivery, although on time, was missing some parts and they had to return at a later date to complete their work.It would also make sense to have spacers between the headboard and the frame, as the mattress rubs on the headboard every time the upper portion of the bed is raised.But apart from these minor issues, the bed and service is great,
