From the phone call I made to discuss my needs to having the bed installed I was treated with respect. The bed came quite a lot sooner than I expected which was lovely. The team of installers were polite and friendly, they just got on with the job quickly and efficiently. There was no mess left.The bed is lovely and easy to use.
