Having looked at other companies decided to go with this one as had a better choice in styles of bed. When first contacted them through live chat got the answer straight away and was bput at ease on the removal ot the old bed. When I called to place the order I managed to get the same person as I spoke to on live chat which made the whole process a lot easier as she knoew what I wanted. She explained the whole process and gave time lines and made it so easy and stress free. Thank you Donna. The guys who came to arrange the bed were polite, friendly and pleasant, could not fault them in the way they treated our home. The instructions of how to use the bed, mechanisms and paperwork were explained throughly and was made sure that it was fully understood before they took their leave. Thank you to both of them.
