Every other company I asked to quote wanted to send someone round to demonstrate what an adjustable bed does before giving me a quote. Well, we've had that before, the salesperson gives a loaded price after hours of b/s then won't budge till you agree.Laybrook don't do that. They gave straightforward prices on their website and finalised details over the phone. Job done.The bed arrived a few weeks later and assembled in situ. It was not an easy route to the bedroom with a narrow staircase and stairlift to contend with but the two lads did it without complaint and were more concerned about my plight than their own. They showed me that the bed was working OK, took away the old bed and all packing material, they were on time and the whole process took less than half an hour.They were so helpful and courteous I even gave them a nice tip!
