Customer service - second to none!From first contacting Laybrook they've been helpful and supportive. I needed my new bed in a hurry due to hospital procedure - they sorted it within hours and delivery was completed before I went to hospital. The delivery guys were so friendly, polite and supportive. All-in-all a first class experience. The beds are comfy too!Update: After two years one of the beds developed a fault - my goodness their customer service was just as good as sales. They sent engineers to REPLACE the whole lifting frame and motor. Couldn't be more happy.
