I must mention Debbie from customer service- she guided us through the process (without any pressure), answering all questions and has a delightful manner! Email updates were sent to keep us informed about the production and delivery timings. Then the delivery team were also highly efficient and in no time had dismantled her old bed )which we had paid the company to do) and set up the new one. The whole process was easy and the bed has helped to ease some of my mother’s discomforts and aided sleep: therefore it was definitely a purchase worth making.
