I ordered a chair after being told by the occupational therapist that I should not be lifting my wife and found this company online. It is sad that their sales person did not have any brochures of the range but I managed to purchase a model from his iPad. Every one is polite but need asking and delivery was reasonable to time. The driver did not explain anything and we were never advised what electronics were needed. Sad to say that I am still lifting my wife up as the chair is designed for elderly people not disabled and my wife who is otherwise healthy was knocked down by a dog in the park and hit her head and now has brain damage. Good company basically but should provide more information and the booklet with the chair advertises a different company. Since I wrote this article within four days the USP cable snapped. I had requested a three metre cable not knowing that the chair has two leads and when you move the chair the cable snaps. As Laybrook are agents it took three weeks for an engineer to call. He had the wrong part and two weeks later am still waiting for the cable repair. Everyone is polite but if you are disabled it is very distressing and inconvenient.
