I was prepared to order online but had some questions about selecting a mattress. My call to Laybrook was dealt with excellently and also referencing why I wanted an adjustable bed led to my conditions allowing for VAT exemption.I ordered before I was due to go on holiday and my holiday dates were noted with my expectation that it would be available when I returned. I received email updates regarding the manufacturing status. I then received a phone call to say the bed was ready and could be delivered before my holiday if it was convenient, which it was. My mattress trial start period would be delayed until my return from holiday as well.Delivery was well managed with good communication and to time, with the bed being assembled and demonstrated to me without a hitch.I returned from holiday and found the mattress to be very comfortable for me and have made use of the adjustable functions which are very smooth and quiet. I was somewhat ‘future proofing’ with this purchase but I am delighted with it and know it was a great decision and very good value for money.
