Most helpful staff on the telephone making ordering very easy. Great staff making the delivery, neat tidy and very efficient. They fully demonstrated the bed and made sure that I was familiar with the remote control. Having now had five nights sleep in the bed it is comfortable, easy to use an d all that I could wish for.All this makes up for our previous experience at the hands of Royal Mail which was the subject of our previous review last year, which we now regret.Having had a brilliant and most informative demonstration on Friday 30th May of a Turn bed we are now ready to order that on Monday.
