I had a slight problem ordering on line so rang the Company, Laybrook, and spoke to Alex. He was extremely helpful and efficient and went over the order, discussing & explaining as required. I was kept informed about the delivery date and it arrived promptly. Lee and Davy both worked hard removing my old bed & bringing in, and building, the new. The operation of the bed was explained in detail and the whole operation was completed very speedily and again, efficiently. Thank you, Laybrook, for an excellent service throughout.
