over the past 6 months we have bought 2 ottoman electric beds from Laybrook. A couple of glitches - defective mattress and defective raising mechanism to get to the area under the bed - has necessitated a couple of follow up visits to sort them out.On the plus side we have found the staff to be unfailingly helpful and constructive which means a great deal.We are entirely satisfied with the two beds - very comfortable, the mechanisms work well and are very flexible. Funnily enough the best bit is that to get underneath we now have a remote which lefts the entire frame making it easy..Would therefore recommend thoroughly. You always recognise a good company by how they deal with problems and this one came through with flying colours!
