After some problems with a previous order, I ordered a completely new bed. Customers services was helpful in helping me choose a bed more suitable for my needs. The bed raised my feet at a straight way, not bent at the knees. I paid extra for some alterations and we were able to agree a delivery date. The men arrived on time, we confirmed all the details of where the bed would be positioned and all the details. They were cheerful , friendly, quick , efficient and tested out the mechanics of the bed. I had a test run before they left. The whole delivery was a pleasant experience.
