From the start speaking with Ash in sales to Marie and colleagues in the back office/delivery to Dean and his crew mate (sorry didn't catch name but you liked my dog!) Taking old bed away, building new bed and showing me how to use it. The purchase of my new mechanical bed to aid my sleep with AS and OA has been superb! I haven't slept a whole night for a very long time. Since my bed arrived I've had uninterrupted 7 hour sleeps. I have far reduced pain in my lower back, neck and ankles. The ottoman is a dream to lift by motor and storage excellent. The mattress is comfortable and whole bed well made. I highly recommend Laybrook.
