We decided to purchase our new bed from Laybrook after visiting their showroom and going through all the options with Donna. She gave us some really helpful advise and it was great to try the different features out. There was no pressure at all to make an immediate decision.We were then able to phone Donna to finalise which features we wanted and get a final quotation. The communication regarding delivery was excellent and when the bed was delivered and installed we were also given a very thorough demonstration on how everything works.From our first contact with Laybrook the customer service we have received has been absolutely excellent.
