Absolutely made up with this company. Had the bed and few years. My brother M Formston is in a home and has parkinsons. He needs a bed to help lift him up and one thats comfortable. The motor failed and we had an engineer out all swapped and working again in no time. No questions nothing that would like alot of companies try to get out of doing extra work. Straight to it all done. Engineer was very friendly chatty and lovely to talk to. The girl who delt with my calls was so friendly and really cared about her customers. Thanks again.
