I almost didn't wanna do the subscription, because of some of the reviews on here. But I was so overwhelmed planning the honeymoon trip that I just went for it anyway and I'm really glad I did!!
The AI isn't perfect, for sure, there were some mistakes and I had to correct it a couple of times (but I mean you can never just take anything 100% from the AI, we should all be used to that...)
In the end the time it saved me was just insane. And i also feel Layla came up with such great places and experiences that I would never have found.
The cherry on top was was getting connected to an actual human to finalize the booking. They already had all the context from my planning session so no re-explaining needed which was great.
Its not flawless but its genuinely one of the most usefull travel tools ive come across.

Ended up being charged the annual subscription fee. Emailed their help email and all they can do is offer 50% refund. Like your website is not even working for me so what am I paying for.

I did manage to use some useful recommendations they provided.

It effectively replaced my travel agent and made planning enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I'm done dealing with them; they are unreliable.
