Very bad customer service

Purchased an Odeon PM Noir on February 6th and received the bag on March 4th. The bag I received was of poor quality (odd lines in the pattern), so I contacted the seller for an exchange or refund as per their return policy. It is now May 2nd and I am still waiting for the refund that was promised to me on March 14th. Terrible customer service as they are not responding to my messages on WhatsApp. Do not pay for your purchase via PayPal without them sending your an invoice or you cannot ask for a refund from PayPal.
