I have used the platform for several years, but delivery experiences have been very disappointing. Whenever the delivery service is involved, it fails almost every time. They often claim a delivery attempt was made, which is completely false. I waited at home for a shipment only to be told that an attempt had been made with no call or contact whatsoever. Now, my order is supposed to arrive within three days, meaning I have to stay home waiting. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. There are other providers available, and I will definitely choose them over this poor delivery service.
